1. Services

We provide Web Development, App Development, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, SEO, and Content Writing services. Project details, pricing, and timelines are confirmed before starting the work.

2. Payments

Advance payments (30%–50%) are non-refundable. Delayed payments may pause the project until dues are cleared.

3. Revisions

Each plan includes a limited number of revisions. Extra revisions may incur additional charges.

4. Project Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on project complexity and client responsiveness. Delays caused by incomplete requirements or late feedback are the client’s responsibility.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete requirements, timely approvals, and legal content.

6. Intellectual Property

Final files become the client’s property only after full payment. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared information private and secure.

8. Cancellation

If the project is canceled after work begins, the client must pay for completed work. Advance payments are not refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for hosting issues, SEO ranking drops, hacking, or delays caused by third-party tools.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
